We hold auditions each year to find rising stars who are passionate about their music and want to succeed in the world of entertainment. 
Our Artist Development programs are designed to help artist define their unique identity and guide them through their musical voyage. We give artist a solid foundation which will allow for continued growth within the industry. In return our expectation is that the artist is able to commit 10 to 15 hours a week towards their development.
